Additional Fee Information.
Fee Inclusions
Fees for the Greenhouse, Terrace and Courtyard Rooms include all meals (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) and includes nappies. We cater for the individual stages of development, e.g. puree, mash through to solids.
Fees for the Atrium and the Loft Rooms include all meals (morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea) and includes take home books and fun learning activities.
Activities are all inclusive except for any additional regular activities offered by a third party, 'one off' activities or excursions that may take place from time to time. In this case, families will be notified of these activities and the costs associated with those in advance. We will attempt to keep the fees nominal and families can elect for their children to participate or otherwise.
Enrolment Fee
A non-refundable enrolment fee of $200 is payable on acceptance of your child's enrolment. The enrolment fee will go towards your child's Sky Tree Kids sun safe hat, sheets and where applicable book bag
Child Care Subsidy (CCS)
The Child care Subsidy is available is available at our centre if you are eligible. It is designed to help you with the cost of your child care fees including fees payable by working parents, carers, lower income families, etc. You can obtain an indication of your child care subsidy rate by visiting http://www.humanservices.gov.au. The percentage of benefit is based on thresholds provided by the Australian Government. Families will need to call the Family Assistance Office on 13 61 50 for information regarding eligibility. Before your child's enrolment commences, you will need to provide us with your family CRN, your child's CRN and the date of birth of the parent that is linked to these CRNs. Until we receive this information, families will be required to pay full fees.
Payment of Fees
Fees are payable on a weekly basis, a week in advance. Therefore, on commencement you will be charged your child’s fees for the first fortnight of childcare and thereafter only charged for a week’s worth of fees in advance. If we are able to approximate what your weekly fees will be less your Child Care Subsidy, you will only need to pay this reduced amount (i.e. the ‘Gap Fees’). Please note that our centre’s preferred method of fee payment is via direct debit through Quick Pay Direct Debit system or as an alternative method, by direct bank deposit.
