Once we receive your request, we will contact you to provide you with an indication of availability. If there is availability, we will then send you our Enrolment Forms for you to complete and return to us.
When you submit this form, you are expressing your interest in a placement at Sky Tree and you understand that placement is subject to availability. You are not guaranteed placement. While completing this form does not guarantee a placement, it will place your child on the wait list should no placements be currently available. There is no charge to be on our Wait List.
